Although all MC Software options may display on the

main menu, an operator's access to the fields within those

options can be protected. Click on Protected Fields and

the following screen displays:

Comments

When Comments does not allow editing, the operator

will be able to add, edit, and print the Important

Information.

Employee Information

When Employee Information does not allow viewing, the

operator will receive an accessed denied message when

selecting a loan flagged as an Employee loan for either

borrower, co-borrower, or additional borrower in the

Master Record for all packages and the 1003 loan

application in Processing.

Indicate the fields each operator will be able to modify/edit

and click Save. If all fields will be accessible to the operator,

click Check All and then Save.
