Firmware support

Your SG unit has been preprogrammed with firmware current at the

time of manufacture. Should you want to upgrade the firmware, you can

obtain the latest version for your device from the SnapGear portal at:

www.securecomputing.com/index.cfm?skey=1597

Before downloading firmware, please read KB article #2725, which

available on the SnapGear Knowledge Base. For more information

about the KB, see “SnapGear Knowledge Base” on page 24.
